QuickBooks is disconnected
You've disconnected Workshop Manager from your QuickBooks Online company. QuickBooks has withdrawn our access, so we can no longer read from your company or send anything to it.
- Your jobs, customers, invoices and payments in Workshop Manager are unchanged.
- New invoices and payments wait in Workshop Manager. Nothing goes to QuickBooks until you connect again.
- When you reconnect, anything that was waiting is sent across.
One more step: Workshop Manager still has the old connection on file. Remove it so your Settings show QuickBooks as disconnected.
Done. QuickBooks now shows as disconnected in your Settings.
Signed out? Sign in and go to Settings › QuickBooks to see the connection.

You can connect again at any time. Only your garage's owner login can connect or disconnect QuickBooks.
